How to get your photo/video equipment repaired



*1 Through your dealer, ask him to sent the equipment to the service centre CamTech.

*2 By mail     CamTech,   Belgielaan 1E   2391 PH  Hazerswoude (ITC)  (Be sure to put stamps on the parcel.)

     Please fill in the repairform by clicking on the repairbutton

*3 Bring it yourself to our shop: CamTech,   Belgielaan 1E   2391 PH  Hazerswoude (ITC) , weekdays from 9.00       till 16.00 .

    Transportation:

    You have to take care of the transport to the servicecentre. The returntrip of warrantyrepairs will be taken
    care of by Camtech.
    Make sure to pack your equipment well. Please include a note with your name, address, phonenumber and
    a  description of the malfunction or even better click the repairportalbutton to go to the repairform.


    If you want to claim warranty, please include the warranty-papers and a copy of the invoice.
    Make a note of the serialnumber if you want to make inquiries.

    After a warranty-repair your equipment will be shipped to you free of charge, in all other cases the repair-
    and shippingcosts will be charged to you through our webshop.
